Note from Paul Robinson: This is T3 success story by another thyroid patient who has used the Circadian T3 Method.
Pre T3 and on a little T4 I was 2 stone over weight and still having symptoms but would not be given a diagnosis because my TSH was only 2.8 but my T4 was very low.
After starting T3 - I had more energy and lost the 'thyroid weight'. After stopping the T4 and increasing carefully - using the Circadian T3 Method mentioned in Paul's book - I woke up with no low heavy feelings, maintained weight better and body temps have gone up - so not many days do I get icy hands and feet unless I am really tired/stressed and not balanced mysel properly.
I just feel so much better.
I take 12.5 mcg around 3-4am when I now seem to wake and then go back off to sleep again until the alarm at 6.45. Another 12.5 at about 11-12 and 12.5 at about 3-4pm and that is it.
It is definitely like a light has been switched on - why can't the medical establishment see this!?
I have never had any unpleasant side effects like palpitations.
